LLELA has nine camp sites available for primitive camping. The campground is near, but not along, the river. Camping is walk-in only. There is a wagon available for transporting camping gear. Each camp site will hold up to two tents and 10 people. Larger groups can rent more than one camp site. Groups of 25 people or more must use the Group Campground (by prior reservation only).
Primitive Camping Camping available 7 days a week
Park hours: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. from November 1 to March 1; 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. from March 2 to October 31
Quiet Time: 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Check-in: No later than one hour before closing
Check-out: 1 p.m. on Saturday; 5 p.m. on Sunday
Site fees: Day-use fees day-use fees plus $10 per campsite per night.
Gates: lock at closing time
Prohibited items: weapons, pets and alcoholic beverages
