“As Thick as Water – The Story of Lewisville Lake,” the new exhibit on the history of Lewisville Lake, is now on display, and open to the public at the Lewisville Visitor Information Center, 247 W. Main Street.

The exhibit is a collaborative effort by the City of Lewisville and Denton County Office of History and Culture. It chronicles major events from the creation of the lake though present-day uses and features historic photos, maps, little-known facts, and newspaper articles detailing the creation of the lake.
