Weekly, free exercise classes are held in Wayne Ferguson Plaza, 150 W. Church Street, in Old Town Lewisville. There is no class size limitations or reservations needed to attend.
- Yoga in the Plaza by Blue Anjou Yoga Studio - Classes held every Wednesday, 6 p.m. These classes are open to all yoga levels. Attendees need to bring their own yoga mat, or blanket, towel, and water.
- Pilates in the Plaza with Audrey Green-Redier - Classes held every Saturday, 8:30 a.m. Classes are open to all skill levels. Classes progress so any level can benefit from the restorative and strength conditioning. Attendees must bring their own mat.
- Tai Chi Ch’uan Essential Class with Lowell Johnson - Classes held every Saturday, 9:30 a.m. Classes will last one hour and will include the 16-movement form of Tai Chi which is one of slow, big movement and flowing form which can help relieve the physical effects of stress on the body and mind, promotes balance control, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. No special gear or uniform is required, but participants are encouraged to wear loose comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes.
