On Friday, May 3 and Saturday, May 4, head over to Prairie House Restaurant, 119 E Main St. for two days of festivities.
Friday, May 3:
7:30 - 11 a.m.: Drop off your boots/shoes (up to 10 pairs), and grab a slice of Mama Dee's Texas Whiskey Cake and coffee on your way to the office. Retrieve your polished boots by 5 p.m. each day. This option is for those who may not be able to attend but would still like to support us by donating $150 in exchange for ten Shines.
11 a.m. - 2 p.m.: Sip, Smoke & Shine session featuring old-fashioned cocktails, brisket brews, and indulgent Mama Dee's Texas Whiskey Cake served with ice cream and maple bourbon caramel syrup. You will also have an opportunity to get a free shine.
6:30 - 8 p.m.: Basher & Boots Luxury Whiskey Tasting event, featuring special appearances by the Mayor and a surprise VIP Guest. Indulge in an evening of fine whiskey tasting complemented by cigars, shoe shines, petite fillet NY Strip, and decadent desserts. This exclusive event is sponsored by Mama Dee's Texas Whiskey Cake and Bent Distillery. A donation of $1,000.00 grants access to this unforgettable experience, limited to only 20 tickets.
Saturday, May 4:

Under the guidance of our expert mixologists, you'll learn the secrets behind creating classic whiskey cocktails and putting your own unique twist on timeless favorites. With a donation of $150, you'll secure your spot in this exclusive class, limited to 20 people.
Saturday, May 5:
4 - 7:30 p.m.: Booze & Live Blues Cruise on Lewisville Lake, a 2-hour and 45-minute excursion. Tickets are limited to 40 people. Cost: $150.00 for one or $250 for two, including food and drinks.
This charity fundraiser benefits the YCRCEE.org, a non-profit organization committed to fostering transformative growth in children. Through innovative programs and mentorship, the goal is to instill lifelong skills, resilience, curiosity, and confidence in every child. The focus extends to supporting under-served communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, particularly children facing challenges related to resource disparities, crime, and single-parent households. Guided by faith-based principles, the mission is to provide free-of-charge life skills, financial literacy, mentorship, organizational, vocational, and educational support, along with communication tools and therapeutic resources for children aged 7 to 17.
